Are you ready for the best pork you’ve ever eaten? We sell whole and half pig shares from our happy, pasture-raised Kune Kunes.
Most grocery-store pork, even heritage-breed cuts, comes from animals slaughtered around six months old. Kune Kunes, by contrast, grow to full maturity in their family group. They play in the snow, splash in summer pools, and fatten themselves on apples, acorns, and squash in autumn — all on measured, limit rations, never free-choice. Sometime before their second birthday they go to our trusted, family-owned processor — a calm, respectful, USDA-inspected facility.
All 2026 shares are currently reserved. Join the waitlist or reserve early for 2027.
A typical half-pig share yields roughly 40–60 pounds of packaged meat, depending on the animal and your cut sheet. Includes ham, shoulder, chops, roasts, ground pork, leaf lard, back fat, jowls, and belly/bacon.
A typical whole-pig share yields roughly 80–120 pounds of packaged meat, depending on the animal and your cut sheet. Includes two hams, shoulders, chops, roasts, ground pork, leaf lard, back fat, jowls, and belly/bacon. Whole-pig buyers get first pick of organ meats.
Whole pigs live weight: 250–300 lb. Packaged weight varies with cut sheet and bone-in vs. bone-out choices. A $100 deposit reserves your share and is applied toward the final total.
Reserve. Submit your deposit and tell us whether you want a half or whole share. We will confirm your spot and estimated delivery window.
Cut sheet. When your pig goes to the processor, you choose fresh or smoked ham, chop thickness, roast size, ground vs. whole cuts, and how much fat you want back.
