Meet Choux
Born March 30, 2026, Choux came to us from Latte Da in Texas. We have followed the career of her grandfather, SGCH Wingwood Farm Lovin’ Astaire *B, since he made a huge splash at the 2019 Spotlight Sale. When we saw that his lookalike daughter, Roux, was being bred to a son of SGCH Wingwood Farm Finding Atlantis ++*B, we leaped at the chance to get those tall, long Wingwood genetics mixed with the consistent, proven production and quality that Anne at Latte Da is so well known for.
Choux has been a looker since day one; she is dripping with breed character and is so sharp and dairy. We’re looking forward to seeing the impact she’ll make on our little program in the future.
