Meet Choux
Choux is a Nubian doeling with a striking black roan and tan coat and a pedigree packed with Wingwood Farm and Latte DA genetics. She arrived with Tipsy in early June and had already received two CDT doses from her breeder. She is now down to one evening milk meal and will be fully weaned once she hits ten to eleven weeks of age.
Born March 30, 2026, Choux came to us from Latte DA Farm. We are grateful for the care her breeder invested and for the support they continue to offer as she grows into our milking herd.
